About the role
- Act as the regional technical lead for broiler health; provide on-site troubleshooting and long-term health plans.
- Design, execute, and analyze field trials and clinical studies; convert data into presentations, technical bulletins, and actionable guidance.
- Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers on product use, vaccine application, and biosecurity.
- Monitor disease trends, treatment outcomes, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and R&D priorities.
- Manage adverse event reporting in line with company, FDA, and USDA requirements.
- Support product development efforts, licensing trials, and quality control activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, universities, and industry organizations; represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in poultry health and production
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good leadership skills
- Familiarity with hatchery systems
- Able and willing to travel frequently; must live in the supported region (relocation assistance available)
