About the role
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
- Perform church engagement activities to achieve team strategy in collaboration with marketing team members
- Interact with church pastors and other decision-makers to foster effective relationships
- Foster, nurture, and strengthen active, dormant, and/or lapsed church relationships
- Organize and help execute Church Group and Vision trips
- Report to churches through stewardship reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills, displayed through written and verbal communications
- Comfortable within a team environment and collaborating with others to accomplish work
- Ability to effectively execute phone calls, host Zoom meetings, or engage in face-to face interactions with church partners
- Proactive work style; ability to navigate ambiguity to solve problems and execute complex tasks with minimal oversight
- Salesforce or other CRM software experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 20% of normal schedule which might include international travel
