Engineer

• The candidate will work with our established team in the area and look after a selection of key accounts made up several prestigious large-scale commercial properties, ranging across the Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial and Stadia sectors. This position would suit someone who prefers a varied role, completing maintenance, reactive works and ideally some minor/small works, to suit the applicant’s preferences.
• Systems vary but mostly large-scale networked systems including Gent, Advanced, Notifier, Kentec, Morley etc. Most work is completed with a minimum of a two-person team due to the size and complexity of the buildings to ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely. The Engineer will be required to work with and actively mentor the Apprentices and Junior Engineers within their team.
• The sites are primarily long-standing prestigious contracts with direct end-user relationships, so the works must be completed professionally and to exceptional levels of workmanship. The engineer will be given time, support, and resources to maintain the systems to the highest possible standards, with extensive training provided to achieve expert status with our primary systems.

Fire Alarm Maintenance Engineer

• Reporting to our Contract Manager, the Engineer will liaise regularly with their Senior Engineer, Service Coordinators and Customer Service Manager.
• Work with our established team in the area and look after a selection of key accounts reporting from our office in London Fields.
• Systems vary but include Advanced, Notifier, Morley, Gent with training provided where required.
• Some jobs are completed with a two-person team due to the size and complexity of the buildings, to ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely.
• The Engineer will be required to work with and actively mentor the Trainee Engineers within their team.
• The sites are primarily long-standing prestigious contracts with direct end-user relationships, so the works must be completed professionally and to exceptional levels of workmanship.
• The engineer will be given time, support, and resources to install and maintain the systems to the highest possible standards, with extensive training provided to achieve expert status with our primary systems.

Fire Protection Engineer

• Commissioning & Testing: Plan, commission, and test new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing BEMS systems.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and technical advice.
• Fault Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to identify and rectify complex system faults across control panels, field wiring, electrical control panels, and BMS controllers.
• Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered successfully on time and to specification, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Mentoring: Support and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.

Service & Smallworks Engineer – BEMS

Security Engineer

• Assist in routine maintenance, installation of small works, call-outs and standby for Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarms
• Work alongside a competent Engineer
• Maintain fire alarm, access control, CCTV and intruder systems to high standards
• Carry out routine services of fire and intruder alarm systems
• Provide detailed information to enable accurate quoting of chargeable works
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct
• Keep concise and accurate records of work completed
• Complete Fire & Security Systems Qualification (3-year apprenticeship with 14 block releases and Level 3 End Point Assessment)
