Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your key clients, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead account management activities, liaising with clients to develop a sustainable pipeline of works. Advise clients on future operational and capital expenditure, assist with budget planning, and produce technical upgrade strategies.
• Oversee sales and estimation activities, preparing accurate quotations for works onsite and developing detailed site knowledge to enable rapid, consistent, and precise pricing.
• Supporting the Service Manager allocated to your area to maintain service excellence, reviewing new service contracts or renewals, and assisting to resource works to ensure that all service levels and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage the planning and delivery of minor and small-scale works across your sites, coordinating closely with your Senior Engineer and allocated Service Coordinator.
• Collaborate with Project Manager in your area to deliver larger-scale installation projects, acting as the client liaison to ensure all site-specific standards and client expectations are achieved.
• Maintain financial oversight, completing monthly works reviews, ensuring all invoicing requests are submitted and forecasts are provided accurately and on schedule.
• Take full responsibility for SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) within your team, approving risk assessments and method statements.
• Lead and manage your Engineering team, including apprentices, supporting ongoing professional development and completing staff appraisals every six months.
• Scale the team in line with business growth plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, internal progression, and a growth mindset within the Engineering and Management teams.

Contract Manager

Field Engineer

• Reporting to our Contract Manager, the Engineer will liaise regularly with their Senior Engineer, Service Coordinators and Customer Service Manager.
• Work with our established team in the area and look after a selection of key accounts reporting from our office in London Fields.
• Systems vary but include Advanced, Notifier, Morley, Gent with training provided where required.
• Some jobs are completed with a two-person team due to the size and complexity of the buildings, to ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely.
• The Engineer will be required to work with and actively mentor the Trainee Engineers within their team.
• The sites are primarily long-standing prestigious contracts with direct end-user relationships, so the works must be completed professionally and to exceptional levels of workmanship.
• The engineer will be given time, support, and resources to install and maintain the systems to the highest possible standards, with extensive training provided to achieve expert status with our primary systems.

Fire Service Engineer

• You will have a primary focus of taking an on-site lead in the delivery of fire and security projects, including the installation and commissioning of fire alarm and security-related systems.
• This role requires technical expertise and hands-on involvement in the execution of projects, ensuring efficient and successful installations, whilst also providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
• This position would suit someone who enjoys taking the lead on a variety of small to large-sized projects and with the additional responsibility of acting as the primary on-site contact.
• The engineer will be working as part of a small and dedicated key account support team, so you will work regularly with a group of fellow Engineers and Apprentices.
• Reporting to the Contract Manager for that area, the Engineer will liaise regularly with their Senior Engineer, Service Coordinator, and Service Manager.

Fire Protection Engineer

• Commissioning & Testing: Plan, commission, and test new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing BEMS systems.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and technical advice.
• Fault Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to identify and rectify complex system faults across control panels, field wiring, electrical control panels, and BMS controllers.
• Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered successfully on time and to specification, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Mentoring: Support and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.
