About the role
- Alarm Communications Limited are a leading team of fire protection specialists.
- Reporting to our Contract Manager, the Engineer will liaise regularly with their Senior Engineer.
- Work with our established team and look after a selection of key accounts.
- Systems vary but include Advanced, Notifier, Morley, Gent with training provided.
- Mentor the Trainee Engineers within their team.
- Ensure that the work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Receive time, support, and resources to install and maintain the systems to the highest possible standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 2 years’ experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
- The desire to install and maintain systems to the highest standards.
- Electrically competent; able to carry out safe isolations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience with Installing, Commissioning and Maintaining Systems.
- Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
- Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
- Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills.
- This position would suit someone who prefers a varied role, completing maintenance, reactive works and small works.
