About the role
- Partnering with senior leaders, the role translates strategy into action, shapes organizational choices, and balances growth, capability, and cost.
- Operating with autonomy and commercial judgement, the Lead HRBP orchestrates the Talent ecosystem to deliver scalable, enterprise-aligned impact.
- Key responsibilities include: Strategic HR Business Partnership, Global HRBP Collaboration and Orchestration, Global Transformation and Business Enablement, Organizational Design and Workforce Strategy, Global Talent Program Delivery, Data-Driven Insight and Commercial Decision Support, Culture, Leadership and Inclusion, Governance and Risk Partnership.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in senior HR Business Partner or equivalent HR leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on decisions impacting growth, cost, productivity, and operating leverage.
- Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid scale, global expansion, or operating model maturity.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and influence outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated credibility and influence with technical, commercial, or product-led leadership teams.
- Experience contributing to the design and evolution of enterprise talent frameworks, not solely local implementation.
- Working knowledge of compensation, performance, succession, and workforce economics in scaling environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data and insights (in partnership with People Analytics) to inform decisions.
- High tolerance for pace and ambiguity, with a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi-region or global environments.
- Experience partnering closely with COEs, Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes.
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed or scaling technology/SaaS environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development preferred.
