About the role
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers and reps to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America revenue goals and corporate growth objectives.
- Drive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent attainment of quotas.
- Expand MRI’s footprint with both new logo acquisition and growth within the existing client base.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales alignment and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on product roadmap and market requirements.
- Ensure sales processes, systems, and reporting (Salesforce, CRM tools) are followed and optimized.
- Monitor and manage KPIs including bookings, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and retention metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years as sales manager with a proven track record of success and achievements.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth in SaaS industry.
- Experience working with Strategic or Key Accounts.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Proptech Industry experience desired, specifically with MultiFamily.
- Willingness to travel 25%.
- MEDDPICC certification and experience is nice to have.
