About the role
- Assist with setting up MRI users on client’s QPM environments
- Review internal issues and troubleshoot errors
- Act as internal system administrator to build & amend reports
- Investigate and resolve delivery team issues
- Carry out system reviews and provide reports
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement
- Assist leadership with special projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Extensive experience with property management and accounting systems
- 5+ years’ experience ideally in QPM technical and configuration perspective
- Knowledge of best practices of property management and accounting business processes in QPM
- Understanding of database schema and how tables are linked together
- Ability to configure scheduled tasks and outputs
