About the role

  • Assist with setting up MRI users on client’s QPM environments
  • Review internal issues and troubleshoot errors
  • Act as internal system administrator to build & amend reports
  • Investigate and resolve delivery team issues
  • Carry out system reviews and provide reports
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improvement
  • Assist leadership with special projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with property management and accounting systems
  • 5+ years’ experience ideally in QPM technical and configuration perspective
  • Knowledge of best practices of property management and accounting business processes in QPM
  • Understanding of database schema and how tables are linked together
  • Ability to configure scheduled tasks and outputs
