About the role

  • Represent MRI's industry-leading Managed Service in EMEA
  • Build pipeline and qualify opportunities
  • Assess prospect value and demonstrate value to clients
  • Accurately forecast sales figures and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with Salespeople, Account Managers, and the Managed Services team to negotiate terms
  • Achieve quarterly and annual booking targets
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activity

Requirements

  • Experience in the property management sector, ideally from a managing agent
  • Understanding of business processes around property accounting and lease administration
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Ability to lead opportunities through the full sales cycle and successfully close deals
  • Comfortable working with C-Suite
  • Team player and low ego
  • Hungry for success and always looking for ways to improve and learn
  • Ability to organise/manage own workload and use initiative to create opportunities
