About the role
- Represent MRI's industry-leading Managed Service in EMEA
- Build pipeline and qualify opportunities
- Assess prospect value and demonstrate value to clients
- Accurately forecast sales figures and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with Salespeople, Account Managers, and the Managed Services team to negotiate terms
- Achieve quarterly and annual booking targets
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activity
Requirements
- Experience in the property management sector, ideally from a managing agent
- Understanding of business processes around property accounting and lease administration
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Ability to lead opportunities through the full sales cycle and successfully close deals
- Comfortable working with C-Suite
- Team player and low ego
- Hungry for success and always looking for ways to improve and learn
- Ability to organise/manage own workload and use initiative to create opportunities
