About the role
- Maintain daily communication with Chinese suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
- Monitor and optimise data management
- Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
- Communicate about potential new products and the sourcing process.
- Conduct data analysis for subjects such as the inventory database and purchase orders .. and more!
Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Freelance registration
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in supply chain, project management, or operations
- Available at least 20 hours a week during CEST mornings (your location doesn't matter)
