About the role
- Our client is a joint venture of an international organisation in the defense and automotive industry and an IT System integrator. The headquarter is in Budapest and their initial mission is to provide project- and operations-related IT services to the parent company's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, our client plans to expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.
- Your tasks wil be:
- Supporting the test manager in initializing, planning, leading and executing test projects in an international business environment
- Creation, development and execution of test cases for functional system tests
- Managing and coordinating small teams in tasks related to testing
- Writing of test plans and test cases
- Acceptance of User stories according to created test cases as well as creation and adaption of test data
- Capturing Errors, Bug Management, Escalation
- Autonomous initiation and management of small test projects
- Support in the creation and application of new test processes, methods and techniques for the construction and improvement of test procedures in general
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, or similar, or relevant/equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in designing test plans, running regression/verification rounds
- Experience in writing test cases
- Basic knowledge of test automation
- Experience in using testing tools and test/bug management systems
- Capable of managing smaller projects and teams autonomously
- Experience in testing of complex systems in multi-national roll-outs desirable
- Business- and process affinity, empathy and power of persuasion
- Result-oriented way of working with hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in English (business level), both written and spoken
- SAP experience
- German Language Knowledge
- Experience in manufacturing company
