About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and high-performance standards.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
  • Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the talent acquisition process.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
