Executive Assistant

• Keep projects and people moving by coordinating calendars, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and ensuring commitments become action
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Assist with grant reporting and project documentation as assigned
• Support Board of Directors meetings and committee work
• Prepare Board meeting packets and supporting materials
• Perform other duties that advance the mission of NC 100
• Coordinate multiple projects across NC 100 initiatives
• Develop and maintain project timelines and tracking systems
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and partner commitments
• Follow up with partners to ensure timely completion of commitments
