About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring smooth running of all operations.
- Look after all people issues and motivate team members.
- Build a high performing team by coaching, mentoring and managing performance.
- Apply a high level of legal knowledge in all aspects of the role.
- Influence ways of working to benefit the department.
- Propose, implement and engage with change initiatives.
- Be accountable for team behaviours in line with Movera Values.
- Efficiently manage poor performance and document steps undertaken.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with third parties/introducers.
Requirements
- Extensive Conveyancing experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
- A passion for training, coaching and mentoring.
- The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
