About the role
- Steam and prepare all products in the studio each morning (approx. 1.5 hours daily)
- Organise and help maintain a tidy, efficient studio space (Tuesday–Friday)
- Check and prepare samples ahead of outfit building (approximately 400–500 pieces per shoot)
- Remove tags and apply labels with shooting notes prior to styling
- Check and update Eastern Mountain Sports website tracker
- Process images downloaded by buyers and prepare them for Photography Manager review and editing
- Name imagery using correct product references
- Upload EMS products to the website
- Assist the stylist with outfit building and preparation prior to Ecommerce shoots.
- Opportunities to act as garment assistant on e-commerce shoots, including steaming, organizing garments, and supporting models with outfit changes
- Help coordinate product flow to the studio for e-commerce shoots and follow up on missing items
- Assist the wider production team as needed (e.g. printing shoot bibles, processing web orders, sourcing styling pieces).
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment
- Interest in fashion, styling, and e-commerce production
- Comfortable handling high volumes of product
