About the role
- Lead team of Application Specialist and lead deployment processes of Motorola’s public safety and command center software suite within complex software ecosystems.
- Conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and other discovery events.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum, learning aids, and other instructional materials.
- Define, coordinate, and lead User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical resources, engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with Project Managers and Program Directors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present analysis results and project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School diploma, Associates, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information technology environment.
- 3 years of experience as a People Manager required.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
