- Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Act as liaison for government agencies
- Manage Federal Contractor Workforce analysis
- Conduct Pay Equity analysis and reporting
- Serve as the trusted HR advisor
- Assist with Canada Mergers and Acquisitions
- Manage involuntary termination process
- Partner on Canadian immigration program
- Drive continuous improvement of HR workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Law
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-provincial Canadian environment
- Native-level fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
- CPHR, CHRP, or CRHA designation (or in progress)
