QA Engineer

• Inspect coach builds for quality and accuracy to MCI specifications and standards
• Inspect exterior and interior quality to specified standard
• Complete required checklists and sign off all inspections and releases as per standards requirements
• Support cell team in quality related tasks and projects
• Support identification and disposition of non-conforming goods, document defects and re-inspect as required
• Proactively document and investigate repeat problems to reduce rework
• Review work instructions as required
• Assist with root cause problem solving where required
• Verify production tests as required
• Assist senior inspectors as required

Quality Assurance Inspector

Manager

• Lead and mentor department managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management to ensure team capability and readiness
• Promote positive labor/management relations, resolve issues and grievances, and participate in monthly meetings and collective bargaining as required
• Identify training needs through a skills matrix and ensure ongoing leadership development
• Manage and coordinate all plant activities to achieve production targets and deliver products on time with first-time quality
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies, operating procedures, and methods to drive efficiency and improve product quality
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze results, and drive performance improvements across departments
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles and support new product introductions
• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards and resolve workmanship and design issues with QA and Engineering
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensure compliance with labor, environmental, and industry standards
• Develop and manage plant budgets, review monthly results, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource utilization
• Review and approve capital requests with justification and payback analysis, and provide regular operational updates to senior leadership
