About the role
- Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Process and manage reservations via phone or email
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Processing requests for changes or cancellations of reservations, providing alternative solutions when necessary
- Promoting additional services or products, such as insurance or vehicle upgrades
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position within a call center environment, focusing on sales and customer service
- An excellent communicator in both Greek & English, any other language will be considered an asset
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the reservation or rental process
- Flexibility to work in shifts as the department operates every day, including holidays
