About the role
- Drive Motive's platform internationalization strategy and execution for hardware and software
- Build deep understanding of unique customer needs in international markets and translate insights into a prioritized international product roadmap
- Work with every product team to drive internationalization projects and bring product areas up to the internationalization bar
- Establish success metrics for internationalization platform that contribute to long-term company success
- Partner closely with sales, engineering, customer success, product leaders, designers and other stakeholders
- Contribute to international strategy via market research, benchmarking, financial and risk assessments
- Lead international-focused roadmaps and interface with nearly every team in the product org
- Operate as a startup within the larger org; wear many hats and solve varied problems daily
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management at a B2B company or on operational products
- Deep analytical and dive deep skills; ability to synthesize results for an executive level audience
- High desire and ability to be in a role that requires lots of execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence up and across successfully
- Previous experience in a startup or new team environment
- Experience launching products in new geographies
- Bonus: experience with localization efforts like translations for new geographies
- Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- Comfortable influencing leaders across the company and navigating complex technical and organizational challenges
