Align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on strategy for launching new onboarding initiatives
Requirements
2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
2+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
Experience in either expanding or working within an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members through their ramp period
Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (access to Motive products and technology)
