About the Role: Build relationships, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for Account Executives as first point of contact.
What You’ll Do: Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and outbound campaigns.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring follow-up on all opportunities.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers—understand their needs and communicate Motive’s value clearly.
Identify pain points and propose relevant solutions from the Motive platform.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
Follow up with prospects to reschedule or move opportunities forward.

Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
Previous sales or cold-calling experience preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be based in the Mexico City area (hybrid role).
