Review sales call recordings and pipeline review sessions
Collect feedback from Sales Leadership across MotionPoint and Key Content
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in how sales engages with prospects
Partner with Product Marketing to create a prioritized backlog of sales enablement assets (playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, case studies, decks, etc.)
Ensure timely production and delivery of enablement materials
Personally lead live trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for AEs and SDRs on how, when, and why to use new sales assets
Build playbooks, learning sessions, and easy-to-use documentation that reinforce adoption
Track adoption and provide ongoing refresher trainings as needed
Join pre-call strategy sessions to recommend the right sales assets for specific opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, ensuring the best possible usage of enablement tools
Advise AEs on which assets to leverage to maximize impact in customer conversations as the role matures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales
Previous exposure to B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing services a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable teaching and coaching sales teams directly
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
Ability to analyze sales interactions and translate insights into actionable enablement needs
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
