Account Executive

• Target and engage marketing teams within global enterprises to uncover and resolve challenges in multilingual content production or translation for marketing and web use.
• Actively research, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
• Lead impactful discovery conversations with inbound prospects and leads sourced through SDR efforts, referrals, and strategic outbound.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Work closely with marketing to refine outreach sequences, messaging strategy, and campaign alignment.
• Tailor and deliver persuasive presentations customized to each prospect’s vertical, market focus, and brand objectives.
• Partner with sales engineering to define, estimate, and price complex multilingual marketing or web implementation solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to uncover and secure growth opportunities within existing customer relationships.

Project Manager

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and accountability for delivering complex client solutions on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Act as an escalation point for technical and strategic challenges within project delivery, ensuring swift resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their website ecosystems — including platform architecture, SSO configurations, URL structures, and CMS integrations — to assess technical feasibility and implementation pathways.
• Partner with Platform Engineering and Product teams to align project delivery with system capabilities and roadmap priorities.
• Oversee solution design discussions, ensuring PMs translate business goals into actionable, technically sound project plans.
• Ensure technical accuracy in all client-facing deliverables, particularly for website translation, localization, and integration projects.
• Drive consistency in PM practices, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, removing blockers and guiding PMs through problem-solving in real time.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine delivery frameworks, client communications, and internal workflows.
• Represent the PM organization in cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment between delivery, engineering, operations, and customer experience / success.

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities with marketing agencies, digital/web integrators, and Martech solution providers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.

Full-stack Engineer

• The Software Engineer II will work and participate in most aspects of the software development process including requirements gathering, designing, coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment automation.
• This role has a strong emphasis on front-end development, building user-friendly, scalable, and performant interfaces that enhance MotionPoint’s technology solutions and products.
• The candidate is expected to work well within a collaborative team of software professionals, translating software requirements into workable programming code while maintaining and enhancing existing applications with a particular focus on front-end features and functionality.
• Work within an agile software development team, and with product management, to maintain and enhance MotionPoint’s software programs and applications.
• Participate in agile software development practices.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate concepts with their development team.
• Collaborate with technical leadership and team members to develop leading edge solutions to maximize performance and scalability with high quality.
• Help translate requirements into workable programming code and participate in technical design discussions and sometimes review the code of other members of their development team.
• Design, code, write unit and integration tests, and execute tests.
• Participate in most aspects of the collaborative development process including code reviews, agile team rituals, design discussions, and planning processes.

Software Engineer II

Sales

• Review sales call recordings and pipeline review sessions
• Collect feedback from Sales Leadership across MotionPoint and Key Content
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in how sales engages with prospects
• Partner with Product Marketing to create a prioritized backlog of sales enablement assets (playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, case studies, decks, etc.)
• Ensure timely production and delivery of enablement materials
• Personally lead live trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for AEs and SDRs on how, when, and why to use new sales assets
• Build playbooks, learning sessions, and easy-to-use documentation that reinforce adoption
• Track adoption and provide ongoing refresher trainings as needed
• Join pre-call strategy sessions to recommend the right sales assets for specific opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, ensuring the best possible usage of enablement tools
• Advise AEs on which assets to leverage to maximize impact in customer conversations as the role matures
