Sales

• Review sales call recordings and pipeline review sessions
• Collect feedback from Sales Leadership across MotionPoint and Key Content
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in how sales engages with prospects
• Partner with Product Marketing to create a prioritized backlog of sales enablement assets (playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, case studies, decks, etc.)
• Ensure timely production and delivery of enablement materials
• Personally lead live trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for AEs and SDRs on how, when, and why to use new sales assets
• Build playbooks, learning sessions, and easy-to-use documentation that reinforce adoption
• Track adoption and provide ongoing refresher trainings as needed
• Join pre-call strategy sessions to recommend the right sales assets for specific opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, ensuring the best possible usage of enablement tools
• Advise AEs on which assets to leverage to maximize impact in customer conversations as the role matures
