Financial Crime

• Own complex casework: process 50–70 KYC cases/month, handling more advanced and borderline applications after a 3-month ramp-up.
• Review and assess Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases and provide QA feedback and second opinions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members; onboard new joiners and share knowledge.
• Identify process and documentation gaps; contribute to the KYC knowledge base and internal materials.
• Lead small scoped projects such as training documentation, process improvements, or tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and partners on joint initiatives and process alignment.
• Act as backup for the Team Lead: make judgement calls, unblock work, and maintain team momentum and quality during busy periods or absences.

Senior KYC Analyst

• Assist the team in customer onboarding and later perform onboarding under guidance
• Collect and verify customer information for AML compliance
• Review and verify documents, contact information, identification records, financial statements
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to convey and resolve issues

• Build and lead a brand-new BDR team in Munich, scaling up to 8 members
• Hire, onboard, mentor and manage Sales Development Representatives, developing individual growth plans
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement customer acquisition strategies that translate into revenue
• Monitor and analyse key metrics to improve team efficiency and implement data-driven prospecting methods
• Foster excellent customer experience and instil high customer orientation and advisory skills within the team
