About the role

  • Build and lead a brand-new BDR team in Munich, scaling up to 8 members
  • Hire, onboard, mentor and manage Sales Development Representatives, developing individual growth plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement customer acquisition strategies that translate into revenue
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to improve team efficiency and implement data-driven prospecting methods
  • Foster excellent customer experience and instil high customer orientation and advisory skills within the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading fast-growth Sales Development teams within the B2B market
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience hiring, onboarding and managing Sales Development Representatives
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and team development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor and analyse key metrics
