About the role
- Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results
- Partner with clients to help configure and advise on TeleStaff solutions
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and advise on the best use of UKG systems
- Assist in mentoring other TeleStaff teammates and delegate solutioning
- Develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems
- Document, analyze, test, and modify the TeleStaff solution based on client specifications
- Model customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed!
Requirements
- 5+ years of TeleStaff consulting experience
- Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
- A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have)
- TeleStaff Accreditation Certification (nice to have)
