• Take ownership of a critical and complex aspect of the Castlight platform that is being reimagined.
• Be the voice of the user and work to envision cutting-edge, sophisticated rewards and shopping experiences for end users.
• Reimagine a complex workflow for Benefit Leaders as they configure and manage their benefit programs in Castlight’s admin tools.
• Work across the design process at many levels: from the “30,000 ft” view to the interaction details that make an experience feel sophisticated.
• Plan and launch user research studies to help validate your concepts.
• Manage deadlines to fit a continuous cycle of research and iteration into the design process.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency of design patterns, voice and tone across the application.

• Serve as the clinical expert responsible for advancing CareMore Health’s risk adjustment strategy.
• Guide providers in accurate and complete documentation of patient complexity and chronic conditions.

Medical Director – Risk Adjustment

• Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of UM policies and clinical criteria
• Provide physician oversight for concurrent and retrospective review activities
• Approve and interpret clinical guidelines, pathways, and criteria for admission, continued stay, and discharge
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison with payers, providers, and regulatory bodies
• Mentor and educate UM nurses, physician reviewers, and other staff on best practices
• Analyze utilization data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Participate in appeals and peer-to-peer discussions to resolve clinical disputes
• Maintain compliance with NCQA, URAC, CMS, state regulations, and organizational standards

• The Compliance Specialist provides compliance and privacy program support to management across CareMore Health in furtherance of our mission and to provide an effective compliance program. This position is expected to possess mid-level skills in investigative and research techniques and practices, while developing greater expertise in certain regulatory, compliance and privacy topics. This position works with highly sensitive information.

• The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for ensuring customer success satisfaction with firm products and services to ensure retention and sales growth. Works with clients to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities.
