About the role
- Support the Account Manager teams with pre-sale media planning and strategy based on partner KPIs, budget, timing, and capabilities
- Assist with onboarding new advertising partners, supporting documentation logistics, OMS booking, and campaign kickoff facilitation
- Support reporting and insights efforts-learning 1P reporting platforms, interpreting campaign data, and contributing to recap reports
- Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, shared documents, and project management systems with regular audits
- Help build and maintain campaign production timelines, communicating updates with internal teams in both written and verbal formats
- Support the business by maintaining operational systems such as Monday.com and Placements.Io
Requirements
- A current junior or senior enrolled in a relevant degree program
- A collaborative mindset and passion for the "team win" and achieving success alongside the people around you
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about Morning Brew Inc. and the work we do
- Familiarity with Google Drive, and Keynote
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
- Exposure to video, audio, or branded content production
- Understanding of digital media, publishing, or advertising
