About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key institutional clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their investment needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop a business development plan for a defined group of Fixed Income Intermediaries and Investors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, grow assets under management (AUM) and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver tailored market updates, portfolio reviews, and investment solutions to senior-level decision-makers.
- Partner with portfolio managers, product specialists, and marketing teams to develop investment strategies and enhance client coverage.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior sales staff and ensure all sales activities strictly comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in fixed income sales, institutional relationship management, or portfolio management.
- Deep understanding of fixed income markets, including credit, interest rates, structured finance, and active/passive strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CFA designation or MBA is preferred.
- Series 7 License required.
