About the role

  • Assist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams to drive successful platform capability development and launches.
  • Gather product requirements through stakeholder communication and translate them into user stories or technical specifications.
  • Support the execution of new capabilities and coordinate product launches.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to guide improvements and inform future iterations.
  • Communicate updates and provide training or product materials to internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or a related field, with a focus on product management or business analysis
  • Proficiency in analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with financial services domains (e.g., payments, wealth management)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
