About the role
- Lead workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes
- Shape high-quality client deliverables and interventions across core proposition areas
- Leverage data and insight to shape evidence-based recommendations
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and Moorhouse consultants
- Contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace social responsibility
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- Strong track record of shaping and delivering people-focused change
- Demonstrated experience delivering work in change, organisation design, or organisational development
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships
- Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
- An industry-recognised qualification (e.g. PROSCI, CIPD, coaching / psychometrics) is desirable
