About the role

  • Lead and deliver complex digital transformation programmes for Financial Services clients
  • Manage multi-person project teams in a matrix environment
  • Develop target operating models across Governance, People, Process, Technology

Requirements

  • 6-8 years’ consulting experience in Financial Services (big firm or boutique or direct FS experience) including Insurance, Banking, Payments, Asset & Wealth Management or Fintech
  • Track record of delivering complex digital transformations and knowledge of large-scale delivery technologies (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, workflow, prototyping software)
  • Experience designing target operating models across Governance, People, Process, Technology
  • Knowledge of industry trends and value chain across FS sub-sectors and ability to translate market insight into thought leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to lead senior client conversations
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client and colleague relationships in a collaborative environment
  • Agility, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercial acumen and business development experience, including articulating approaches, proposals and RFPs; pitch experience
  • Ability to lead and generate sales/BD opportunities; build teams
  • People-led mindset and growth mindset; experience growing teams
  • Experience leading teams in a matrix-managed environment; drive outcomes; contribute to sustainability culture
