About the role
- Lead and deliver complex digital transformation programmes for Financial Services clients
- Manage multi-person project teams in a matrix environment
- Develop target operating models across Governance, People, Process, Technology
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; win business
- Contribute to sales proposals and large-scale RFP responses
- Mentor junior consultants and support career development
- Align delivery with Moorhouse’s sustainability and social responsibility values
Requirements
- 6-8 years’ consulting experience in Financial Services (big firm or boutique or direct FS experience) including Insurance, Banking, Payments, Asset & Wealth Management or Fintech
- Track record of delivering complex digital transformations and knowledge of large-scale delivery technologies (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, workflow, prototyping software)
- Experience designing target operating models across Governance, People, Process, Technology
- Knowledge of industry trends and value chain across FS sub-sectors and ability to translate market insight into thought leadership
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to lead senior client conversations
- Ability to build and nurture strong client and colleague relationships in a collaborative environment
- Agility, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercial acumen and business development experience, including articulating approaches, proposals and RFPs; pitch experience
- Ability to lead and generate sales/BD opportunities; build teams
- People-led mindset and growth mindset; experience growing teams
- Experience leading teams in a matrix-managed environment; drive outcomes; contribute to sustainability culture
