About the role
- Driving control improvements through simplification and automation.
- Championing ERMF compliance across the business units.
- Coordinate risk and control assessments in partnership with Risk Owners (ROs) and Control Owners (COs).
- Lead root cause analysis of operational risk events and ensure timely control remediation.
- Provide assurance over supplier policy adherence and manage outsourcing notification processes.
- Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external partners on control matters.
Requirements
- Background working in regulated environments within the Insurance space
- Experience in risk management and controls at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of ERMF and operational risk frameworks.
- Excellent partner management and communication skills.
- Experience in process automation and control design.
- Strong product understanding.
