About the role

  • You will have end-to-end responsibility for the delivery, optimisation, and governance of our People systems, ensuring they support an excellent employee experience and provide high-quality, reliable data for the business.
  • Leading the selection, scoping, and end-to-end implementation of People systems, including HRIS and LMS platforms
  • Owning the People Systems roadmap, prioritising enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for People Technology across the firm
  • Managing key vendor relationships and ensuring service levels are consistently met
  • Championing data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance across all People systems
  • Partnering with analytics colleagues to ensure systems are configured to support meaningful insight and reporting
  • Leading change management, training, and adoption activity to embed new technology successfully

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with enterprise HR systems, with a track record of leading complex, end-to-end implementations
  • Solid understanding of system configuration, integrations, and data governance principles, including GDPR
  • Confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes
  • Experience driving organisation-wide change and technology adoption
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and data integrity
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach with a genuine interest in improving how people experience technology at work.
  • Professional services experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
