About the role

  • Design, coordinate, and embed the group’s organic growth strategy across all countries and business units
  • Act as the central connector between country Business Development leaders, aligning initiatives around shared priorities and target segments
  • Enable cross-border business development through joint go-to-market initiatives, international desks, and collaborative sales activity
  • Strengthen business development capability across the group, including tools, methodologies, data, and skills development
  • Support the development of senior Business Development leadership and talent at both group and country level
  • Drive visibility of pipeline, performance, and progress against growth objectives through clear reporting and governance
  • Foster a collaborative, low-ego commercial culture focused on execution, client value, and sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Significant senior-level experience in business development, growth, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within professional services, consulting, or advisory environments
  • Strong track record operating in international, multi-entity organisations, with complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Experience within private equity-backed or high-growth environments is highly desirable
  • Pragmatic, hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between strategy and delivery
  • Strong change management capability, particularly in integration or transformation contexts
  • Excellent communication skills, with the credibility to operate at senior leadership level across multiple countries
  • Demonstrates a collaborative leadership style and operates effectively in complex, international environments
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage
