About the role
- Managing queries within the shared recruitment inbox, responding to incoming queries in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and scoring applications within our application tracking system – we receive approximately 15,000 a year.
- Reviewing and scoring virtual interviews in HireVue.
- Scheduling final interviews, by working with teams across the business to obtain availability, coordinate invites and make room bookings.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new joiners, by preparing and issuing new starter documents and contracts.
- Support planning of trainee pre-joining activities.
- Updating and maintaining accurate data in the application tracking system.
- Coordinating interview expenses details, to arrange reimbursement with the Finance Team.
- Supporting online and on-campus events to represent the firm and raise awareness of opportunities within the sector and firm.
- Ad-hoc task, event and project support.
Requirements
- Strong team orientated, collaborative approach.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload and maintain accurate data.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with staff at all levels, both internally and externally
- Takes ownership of own workload and development
- Professional and confident with a positive, can-do attitude
