People Operations

• Lead the People due diligence workstream for acquisitions — assessing headcount, employment contracts, compensation structures, benefits obligations, pending litigation, and people risk across target companies.
• Manage TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings) and equivalent transfer-of-employment processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full legal compliance and a positive experience for transferring employees.
• Design and execute end-to-end integration plans for acquired teams, covering onboarding, policy harmonisation, benefits alignment, payroll transition, and cultural integration.
• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, IT and the M&A team throughout the deal lifecycle — from initial stages through to post-close integration milestones — providing people insight that informs deal structure and timelines.
• Own employee communications for acquisitions: draft communications, FAQs, and integration updates that are clear, empathetic, and on-brand.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking for acquired entities, making recommendations on harmonisation and identifying cost or equity risk.
• Assess organisational design and reporting structures post-acquisition; support leaders through restructuring, role duplication, and change management decisions.
• Partner with Founders to ensure they and their teams are set up for success through integration and beyond.
• Enhance and maintain scalable M&A People playbooks, checklists, and frameworks that improve our integration capability as deal volume grows.
• Provide expert HR advisory support on employee relations matters arising from acquisitions, including redundancy processes, contract changes, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain a data-driven approach — tracking integration milestones, attrition risk, and engagement signals for acquired populations and reporting to leadership.
• Support on generalist operational HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle, as needed.

Senior People Partner – M&A

Analyst

• Utilize the transaction monitoring and/or blockchain analytics solutions to independently analyze and assess activity or patterns of activity that do not commensurate with the customer’s profile or expected behaviour.
• Review blockchain wallet screening as well as KYT alerts and/or investigations to include on-chain activity to determine if the customer activity presents risk indicators.
• Independently conduct open source searches as applicable to the relevant customer(s), counterparties, and/or transactional activity.
• Analyze transactional activity, along with information collected through internal systems, blockchain screening tools, and open sources and use sound judgment, decision-making skills in making reasonable and well supported alert dispositions with adequate conclusions.
• Prepare clear and concise alert and/or case dispositions of potential suspicious activity detected for a Suspicious Matter Report (SMR) consideration.
• May be required to draft Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)
• Discuss potentially unusual findings with the Team Lead, Sr FIU Manager, Head of FIU, and/or appropriate Head of Compliance to determine the proper course of action.
• Ensure that transaction monitoring alerts, case investigations and SMRs are completed/submitted within the established deadlines and SLAs.

FIU Analyst

Senior People Partner

Application Engineer

• Conduct threat modelling reviews of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for new and existing features, providing clear, actionable security recommendations early in the design process.
• Perform and support application security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development where appropriate.
• Investigate, triage, and respond to Bug Bounty program submissions, validating findings and working with engineering teams to drive timely remediation.
• Own and continuously improve application-layer protections, including managing and tuning Cloudflare WAF and related security controls.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to embed security best practices throughout the SDLC, from design and development through deployment and maintenance.
• Research and track emerging threats and vulnerabilities, translating findings into practical mitigation strategies relevant to our technology stack.
• Develop and deliver security guidance, training, and awareness for engineering teams to raise the overall security maturity of the organization.

Senior Application Security Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer

• Enhance PaaS tooling by improving maintainability and usability of Infrastructure-as-code

Events

• Support the planning and execution of sponsorships, branded activations, and events, ranging from major crypto conferences and MoonPay’s X Games partnership to bespoke partner experiences
• Support the development of creative concepts and event experiences, contributing ideas that help MoonPay show up in original, culturally relevant, and memorable ways
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and briefing materials to support the successful delivery of activations
• Support guest list management, event staffing coordination, and on-site event execution, helping ensure a seamless experience for attendees, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Track sponsorship contractual deliverables and support execution to ensure all obligations are delivered accurately and on time

Events & Marketing Manager

Compliance

• Assist with the maintenance of MoonPay's existing portfolio of US Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs), including supporting renewals, amendments, and state regulatory correspondence.
• Help coordinate state regulatory examinations by organizing documentation, tracking requests, and supporting responses across internal teams.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings to state money services business (MSB) regulators, including through the NMLS system.
• Support due diligence reviews for new and existing business partnerships, helping assess licensing obligations and regulatory risks across applicable US jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls documentation to reflect current US state and federal money transmission requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments across US jurisdictions and flag potential impacts to existing licenses or operational obligations to senior team members.

Regulatory Compliance Specialist
