About the role

  • Own end‑to‑end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and technical performance
  • Define and execute program plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and performance metrics
  • Identify and manage program risks, configuration control, and change processes
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders to program objectives
  • Manage customer relationships, contracts, and commercial performance
  • Oversee program financials, forecasts, and earned value metrics
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies
  • Build, develop, and lead high‑performing program teams
  • Report program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary programs
  • Strong program management capability (planning, scheduling, budgeting, EVM)
  • Technical depth with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience managing risk, contracts, and customer relationships
  • Data‑driven decision‑making with a focus on execution
