Program Manager

• Develop and own the global partner marketing strategy aligned with Moodle’s growth objectives
• Define annual and quarterly partner marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting
• Segment partner audiences and adapt marketing support accordingly
• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the PRM platform
• Design and manage the MDF program, including guidelines, approval processes, and ROI tracking
• Build scalable partner enablement programs (playbooks, toolkits, messaging guides)
• Plan and execute joint campaigns with top-tier partners, ensuring mutual value
• Develop campaign templates and assets partners can customise
• Coordinate with Moodle’s vertical marketing managers to align co-marketing with industry priorities
• Serve as the primary liaison between Moodle marketing and the partner ecosystem
• Develop consistent partner communications (newsletters, updates, webinars)
• Promote partner success stories through case studies, events, and digital channels
• Support partner presence at MIX and industry events and work with Events Manager on logistics
• Track MDF usage, co-marketing campaign outcomes, and partner contribution to pipeline
• Create quarterly partner marketing reports for leadership
• Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives and sunset low-ROI ones

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of the quarterly reforecasting process in Adaptive Planning, including supporting the production of materials for review by the senior leadership teams of both REN Global and REN Learning Inc.
• Owning the Workday Adaptive Planning tool to develop management information and reporting that enhances business unit owners’ understanding of their numbers and the risk and opportunities around them
• Own the tracking of headcount and payroll costs versus budget and forecast across REN Global, including working with HR team to ensure all hiring is within plan
• Support the team to develop, monitor and manage divisional key performance indicators to be presented to the SLT of REN Global to share key trends and learnings
• Hold monthly meetings with budget owners holding them to account on their numbers, providing insightful analysis to help drive business efficiencies
• Own the tracking of Capex spend for both internal people and external supplier spend
• Take a lead role in automation using Adaptive Planning
• Support delivery of month end and reforecasts as systems continue to be integrated
• Drive the successful coming together of REN Global and REN Learning Inc., offering innovative improvements rather than maintaining status quo

• Ensure contact activity with customers leading to the achievement of agreed targets and objectives
• Effectively manage all sales leads allocated, prioritising as required
• Prepare estimates and quotations for customers
• Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain the renewals database and system processes, and provide feedback as appropriate
• Look at each customer as an opportunity to upsell and cross sell where possible
• Maintain a high level of understanding of the Renaissance products, reporting and packages
• Respond efficiently to all leads and customer requests
• Produce and maintain daily contact sheet and activity report
• Work with other departments to achieve set targets, meet customer expectations and business requirements
