• You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Technical Architects, Developers, and UX team members to define the roadmap, prioritise features, and drive end-to-end product development.

• The Service Delivery Project Manager role is central to our client-facing operations, acting as the critical link between sales, implementation, and ongoing service excellence.

• Most days in the Services Delivery Project Manager role involve daily project lifecycle management, encompassing planning, execution, strategy, operational delivery, and stakeholder/budget management.
• Formulate and manage end-to-end project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, and tracking expenditures.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, communicating project status, updates, and risks, and acting as an escalation point for concerns to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, delighting customers, and driving client retention and account growth.
• Coordinate between clients and the project team, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular updates on progress and needs.

• Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
• - Partnering with Technology & Operations and external HubSpot consultants to validate data models, lifecycle structures, and integrations
• - Defining and implementing lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, routing logic and automation that reflect how the business actually operates
• - Owning HubSpot forms, consent management, subscription frameworks and compliance best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• - Building scalable automation for lead handling, nurturing, re-engagement, internal alerts and suppression
• - Establishing trusted reporting and dashboards that clearly show funnel health, conversion, attribution and performance
• - Creating governance, documentation, and playbooks so systems are usable, understandable and sustainable

• Monitoring and analysing CI builds, identifying failures, and collaborating with teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Automating repetitive manual QA tasks and improving existing automation workflows.
• Developing and maintaining performance testing frameworks for Moodle at scale.
• Improving the quality, coverage, and performance of automated tests (including Behat and PHPUnit).
• Reviewing test-related code changes and contributing to peer code reviews.
