About the role
- Act as a facilitator between the development team and project stakeholders.
- Lead Lean Inception activities to align vision, define the MVP, and prioritize features.
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Write user stories in BDD format, guiding the creation of clear and testable solutions.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective).
- Identify and propose improvements to business processes based on data and stakeholder feedback.
- Support QA and development teams in understanding and validating deliverables.
- Ensure continuous alignment between technical deliveries and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or postgraduate studies) in Information Technology.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst in agile teams.
- Proficiency in Lean Inception practices and writing BDD (Behavior Driven Development) user stories.
- Knowledge of process analysis and modeling (BPMN, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc.).
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, understandable specifications.
- Preferred: basic knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and web technologies to facilitate communication with the technical team.
