- Translate business needs into clear, testable, and traceable requirements; support the delivery through to production validation.
- Discovery
- Conduct interviews and AS-IS/TO-BE mapping (BPMN); define rules, SLAs, and policies.
- Write epics/user stories with acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Evaluate options (buy/build/configure) and slice the MVP.
- Build
- Perform continuous backlog refinement; support QA/UAT and define test data.
- Maintain a traceability matrix (requirement → story → test → evidence).
- Prepare manuals, procedures, and training materials.

- Experience with project management methodologies, including agile practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
