About the role
- Monitor ticket queue (in a trouble ticketing tool) for IT access control requests;
- Create/modify/update/revoke access to the client’s systems;
- Prepare and present access control reports;
- Participate in company engagement activities with your team, such as workshops, technical sessions, meetings and team-building activities;
- Maintain ongoing alignment with feedback from the client and company management.

- Experience with access management.
- Punctual, committed, with strong communication skills.
- Responsible and able to manage time effectively.
