About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of Montera’s hyperscale data center product, partnering with design firms, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee CSA design, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Manage project plans, milestones, and supplier coordination to keep builds on track.
- Lead site due diligence, zoning, and permitting for new sites.
- Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support design innovation for advanced AI systems, including liquid-cooled infrastructure.
- Combine technical expertise with program management to ensure facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (data center experience preferred).
- Strong technical background in hyperscale/cloud service provider environments.
- Experience in project management and/or product ownership with proven results in data center delivery.
- Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- Strategic and tactical agility, with a track record of original problem-solving.
- Ideally, experience designing around liquid-cooled AI systems (Nvidia GB200/GB300).
