About the role
- Guide the technical team to design and deliver the client's Case Management solution and identify and mitigate risks during design
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural and business needs
- Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy phases
- Lead data-centric discussions with clients and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
- Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM and implement custom code or data migration requirements
- Design and lead the system architecture process and define specifications for customizations
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution and interact with prospective and current customers during demos/evaluations
- Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans
- Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks for robust delivery
- Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt
- Relay solution design to development team and provide technical guidance during development
- Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
Requirements
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
- Minimum degree: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of Six (6) years of professional experience
- Minimum of Three (3) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
- Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
- Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills and can be collaborative
- Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
- Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formally known as Flow)
- Must have experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
- Travel Required: Up to 25%
