About the role
- Consult with existing enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver Monotype’s value proposition.
- Learn Monotype product offerings to become a subject matter expert for key brand clients.
- Negotiate and close strategic renewal deals to meet assigned personal sales quotas and goals.
- Create detailed account plans for each customer, detailing renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to key and strategic renewal accounts.
- Review all purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance of company policies.
- Organize, track and maintain client account and contact information in CRM database.
- Communicate Monotype’s solutions up to C-Level through strategic value-based selling.
Requirements
- An ambitious and organised sales professional with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as networking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience within software, technology, publishing, media, and advertising or design market segments is preferred.
- Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing the deal.
- Previous experience with using Salesforce is preferred.
- Proven ability to learn new technology and products.
