• Consult with existing enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver Monotype’s value proposition.
• Learn Monotype product offerings to become a subject matter expert for key brand clients.
• Negotiate and close strategic renewal deals to meet assigned personal sales quotas and goals.
• Create detailed account plans for each customer, detailing renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to key and strategic renewal accounts.
• Review all purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance of company policies.
• Organize, track and maintain client account and contact information in CRM database.
• Communicate Monotype’s solutions up to C-Level through strategic value-based selling.
