Design and launch CRM campaigns and automated journeys via Braze, across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages, and more.
Segment customers using behavioral data and frameworks like RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with data governance, product updates, and business goals.
Run structured A/B tests and use control groups to validate campaign effectiveness.
Monitor CRM KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
Tailor lifecycle messaging for specific user segments—e.g., loan applicants, e-commerce sellers, sales agents, or business owners.
Ensure campaign documentation and knowledge sharing to drive consistency across teams and regions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or multi-channel communications.
Strong experience using Braze (or a similar tool like Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to segment and target users using behavioral models (especially RFM).
Comfortable designing and analyzing A/B tests and control experiments.
Analytical mindset: you work with data to make decisions and test hypotheses.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
Bonus: Experience with Braze, HTML, Liquid, or basic JavaScript skills for content personalization.
