About the role
- Responsible for conducting consultative sales, understanding the client’s organizational structure
- Actively prospect commercial opportunities to maximize the performance of the client portfolio
- Maintain close client relationships through on-site commercial visits
- Identify business opportunities by conducting sales visits and negotiating commercial terms
- Prepare proposals in accordance with pre-established criteria
- Execute commercial planning strategically
- Maintain ongoing contact with prospects through visits and remote communications
- Monitor commercial department KPIs, always focused on achieving targets and objectives
- Develop action plans to meet targets
- Provide information to internal product and marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Experience in B2B sales
- Planning and control skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Empathy
- High capability to prospect new clients and proactive identification of clients’ business needs
- Target-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and generating new sales pipeline
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Persuasive ability and commercial negotiation skills
