Identify commercial opportunities by conducting sales visits, presenting products and services, and negotiating commercial terms, adhering to Moneycorp's commercial policy and established targets
Prepare proposals according to pre-established criteria
Work together with the client onboarding/registration team to maintain documents required by the Central Bank of Brazil, requesting clients to regularize or update their registration data when necessary
Develop strategic commercial planning that differentiates our service from competitors, contributing to business development and revenue quality
Maintain continuous interaction with the trading desk and customer service teams to ensure an appropriate level of service delivery to clients
Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects through visits, remote contacts, event participation, and other channels
Monitor commercial department KPIs with a focus on achieving targets and objectives
Understand the operating area regarding client profiles and competitors to conduct negotiations that increase market share
Update the CRM to reflect the progress of activities, ensuring pipeline management and forecast accuracy in the system
Conduct active prospecting
Stay well informed about the institution's products and services and how they compare to competitors to support negotiation processes
Attend events to monitor trends, strengthen networking, and identify new business opportunities
Protect the confidentiality of handled information in accordance with company standards and policies
Continuously demonstrate a high level of competence in key skills and behaviors (for example: consultative selling, prospecting, solution development, negotiation)
Comply with Moneycorp-related policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legislation
Requirements
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong interpersonal relationships
Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on consultative solutions
Knowledge of foreign exchange and international transactions is a plus
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team

Strong skills in planning, control, and management of commercial activities
